Product Ownership for an northern German based health insurance company, that is launching complete new digital interfaces and applications towards their customers. Developing the new health service insurance mobile native applications (iOS & Android) from the very beginning on for the persona “end customer”.
• Leading cross functional agile product team of overall 12+ software developers (local & distributed)
• Conducting user interviews & prototype walkthroughs and iteratively refining product backlog in close collaboration with UX- & UI team
• Accomplishing standard requirements engineering work within agile context across all features and functionalities End-2-End
• Close alignment with main stakeholders, managing those and negotiating feature-requests and implementation-lead-times
• Constant sync with solution architects of mobile- & backend team, managing the API integration layers & defining work packages
• Coordination & collaboration with entire QA team, maximising efficiencies within testing process & managing the iterative loop towards dev team
• Setup of release GIT-pipelines for mobile application to pragmatically build and distribute new app versions to market & (alpha & beta) testers
• Being fully responsible for Jira-Backlog management & work distribution within Sprint-Plannings & throughout the whole sprints as well
• Implementing requirements that are set by Gematik for health insurance applications and having regular alignments (numerous ISO#)
• Implementing complex security requirements that are set by BSI (Bundesamt für Sicherheit in der IT) for health insurance applications
• Implementing and taking care of all main GDPR (DSGVO) topics via close & constant alignment with legal council, looping back requirements to dev

Product Ownership for an automotive e-charging service, developed in iOS & Android native. The application was allowing to search, find and book available e-charging stations for users. Also, a complex ML component was implemented within the application, providing users best case scenarios for finding best routes considering external factors like temperature, wind, in- & declines, traffic, etc.
