Your Job Description
• Planning and organizing workflows: Creating a detailed project plan, monitoring progress, and ensuring each project phase goal is met on time
• Coordination of technical integration and configuration tasks: Monitoring and managing all technical aspects of the project, including configuration and integration of IT solutions
• Test management and quality assurance: Creating test plans and test cases, coordinating internal testing, and ensuring readiness for user acceptance testing
• Stakeholder communication and coordination: Maintaining effective communication networks between all project stakeholders, ensuring information flow, and coordinating activities between different teams
• Project management and risk management: Identifying, capturing, and tracking risks, as well as escalating change requests or missed milestones to program management
Your qualification profile
• Several years of experience in managing website e-commerce projects, preferably in global organizations with multichannel structures and multicultural environments
• Experience in planning, implementing, and managing global communication plans for various stakeholders with different governance structures and maturity levels
• Proven experience in managing complex global communication processes
• Strong technical project and time management skills with an eye for detail, as well as certification in project management
• Experience with agile and waterfall methodologies, as well as knowledge of JIRA and MS Office
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork orientation, and the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
